Earlier this month, Bryan Schneider successfully navigated one of his clients through a Supreme Court hearing. The issue in the matter was whether or not certain auto insurance benefits were available to the client based on his residency. The insurance company said the benefits were not available and instituted legal proceedings to have a judge confirm it. Our office vigorously opposed the effort and a hearing was scheduled. Bryan prepped the client and three additional witnesses who traveled considerable distances to combat the insurance company’s effort. The judge promptly found in favor of our client.
