We recently resolved a case for a client who was injured in a hit in the rear auto accident. Our client retained us in July 2012 and the matter was resolved in its entirety this month. The client did not have any emergency care on the accident date. In fact, the client only first sought medical care for injuries 12 days after the accident. This was a critical factor in the defendants’ case. However, our case preparation and reliance on uniquely detrimental elements in the defendant’s case took the wind out of his sails.
